Disney offers all kinds of tours to guests, both backstage and onstage. They give an awesome perspective into how one of the most beloved companies in world wows and inspires guests year after year! You are in luck! Disney offers a mobile app called “Shop Disney Parks” that allows you to scan and purchase merchandise right from your phone and have it delivered to the front of the park for end of day pickup, or, if you have a Disney resort reservation, you can have it delivered directly to that resort!

Commonly referred to as “MDX”, your My Disney Experience account is where all of your vacation information lives during your stay here. It is your “key to the kingdom”. You will book your fastpasses, store payment options, and sync your MagicBands all from your MDX account. The best way to get familiar with the features and functionality is just by using it, so go ahead and poke around!
